Operation Little Learners:
This program guides and gives tools to parents on how to enhance the developmental areas of the child and offers an opportunity for early learning and bonding. The classes provide a variety of activities which enhance cognitive, emotional, social, motor and other skills of children ages 18 months – 5 years old, which in turn develop pre-k and kindergarten readiness. We officially kicked off this program at our office in mid-September. Space is extremely limited in person; however, we encourage interested families to register for the wait list online as we will send activities and videos to learn together at home! To register for the wait list click HERE and then select the “Operation Little Learners” icon.
Baby Bundles provide essential care items for newborns to active duty families rank E6 and below. Previously this program was only open to families giving birth at Womack Army Medical Center, however to best meet the needs of military families we have made some changes.
This program is now open year-round to any E6 or below military family stationed at Fort Bragg with a newborn to 3-month-old OR for military families in their third trimester! To register for a baby bundle click HERE and then select the “Baby Bundle” icon.
Operation Kid Comfort:
This program provides no-cost personalized quilts and pillowcases to children with a deployed parent, who are stationed in North or South Carolina. These items provide comfort and support during long separations for the child, but also provides reassurance for the service member. As one soldier shared, “Operation Kid Comfort ensured that my child would not forget me during my deployment.” To register click HERE and then select the “Operation Kid Comfort” icon.
